The company has launched a new housing project namely
SKYNET TOWERS located on Zirakpur-Patiala highway within
Municipal limits of Zirakpur.
Project is duly approved by the Government of Punjab vide licence number 35 dated 30-12-05. The location of the
project is very prime being on the National highway. It is
at a distance of 2km from INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. The
Company is constructing 108 six storey three bedroom
premium apartments each having super area of 1720 sqft.
from level 1 to level 6. Ground level has been reserved
for parking and other services. All modern facilities such
as Swimming Pool, Green Park , Jogging Tracks, sufficient
number of lifts, Power back up facility, provision for Air
Conditioning, R.O. Drinking water system, Fire Fighting
arrangements etc. are being provided.
The structural design of the apartments is earthquake
resistant consisting of R.C.C. framed structure as per IS
Code. The apartments have beautiful interiors with rich
specifications. Latest facilities such as modular kitchen
with electric chimney, granite flooring in toilets, shower
panels with toughened glass enclosures in two toilets are
being provided. All materials being used in the

only.
The ground coverage is only 25% and balance 75% is open
